From Fundamentals of Wine Service to more nuanced training for staff with more experience, we create training seminars to ensure that staff can confidently discuss and recommend wine for any menu item.  We will also provide a comprehensive tasting note guide for every wine in your cellar to ensure that your staff is fully knowledgeable and comfortable talking about your wine list to even the most discerning guest.  All attendees are provided a study guide and a certificate upon completion.
